I have started drinking caffeine accidentally once again. At my Tuesday evening “Abstinence Church Group,” my spiritual uncle Preston, a professor at UIC, and one of the smartest people I know who is still awkward in that over-talkative way, poured me a cup of a Bang1, and I took a swig while making my hand say I Love You in sign language, which is translated into Rock On in today’s world. Hey, if you are going to try to be perfect, you might as well enjoy yourself.
Strange isn’t it, how words have different connotations than they used to. I suppose it is good to stay current with the times, but it all sounds like Newspeak2 to me. It all just gets dumber and dumber.
I used to think that comedy was the greatest virtue found in nature, but being that life has become like green tea, I find wisdom is of serious importance. Lately I like learning more than laughing. I’m taking everything as seriously as a chief.
I’m not sad, but intelligence is heavier to carry than the lightness of a fool.
hm, oh, and with that, it is getting harder to write, becuase I’m thinking too much about it. Gotta take something, seriously.
